Quintin Kennedy joined SELF Inc in 2012 as a Residential Aide. He moved throughout different capacities of the company, as an Administrative Assistant, Supervisor of Winter Initiative, and Assistant Program Director.

As Director of Quality Assurance and Participant Experience, he ensures each shelter location is operating within the mission and values of SELF Inc. Kennedy has built relationships in the community as well as with the participants.

He develops operational strategies to ensure participants are provided with proper treatment, emergency housing, transportation, COVID-19 testing and also exercising their rights to vote.

Kennedy is attending Community College of Philadelphia for his Business Degree.
