Yahn Kittrels (he/him/his) joined SELF Inc. as finance coordinator in 2016 before being promoted to Chief Administrative Officer.

In this role, he manages daily administrative operations, provides input for strategic planning, sets goals for departments, and collaborates on policy implementation. Kittrels also oversees resource allocation, evaluates performance, and ensures smooth operations of SELF.

Prior to joining SELF, he was a commercial credit analyst for Ford Credit Commercial Lending as well as for First Union Bank. He gathered and analyzed financial information for businesses to determine their creditworthiness. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
