Yvette Hawthorne (she/her/hers) joined SELF Inc. in 2000 as a residential aide. Since then, she has worked in many capacities including as short-term support counselor, administrative assistant, program coordinator, acting program manager and operations coordinator.

As director of operations and processes, Hawthorne helps to ensure effective operational systems and processes to help SELF fulfill its mission and deliver quality services to its participants. Hawthorne attended Colorado Technical University for business administration.
